I have decided to postpone my original visit to Ladakh in this forthcoming October to February 2009. There will be a Drubchen, together with the 100-million recitation of Vajra Guru Mantra and some teaching in Ladakhi (of course). Because of strong request from the local Ladakhi people, I have also decided to celebrate Tibetan Losar with them. This is the main reason why I have to postpone, the second main reason is of course I need to complete as much teaching as possible to the nuns and monks at Druk Amitabha Mountain before I start my teaching tour again. Talking about stress, I can feel a bit of it right now, just thinking of my travelling schedule and hopping in and out of aircrafts. Anyway, I hope and pray that these visits are helpful for those who are interested in learning the spiritual path as passed down by our great yogis of the Drukpa Lineage.
This is just a short information to let those of you who are daring enough to join me in Ladakh. It will be less than 0 degree in the morning and night and quite warm when the sun is shining. For those who are joining us, I can then check who are the good practitioners and who are not. There is no formal arrangement, so you just make your own arrangement and hop into Ladakh and join me and tens of thousands of people in accumulating merit and dedicating the virtues for the well-being of all sentient beings in this entire universe.
